1. Saya telah mengabdi sebagai guru/tenaga kependidikan honorer tetap di SMA Negeri 1 Rumbia Kabupaten Lampung Tengah Sejak 04 Januari 2010 s/d Sekarang secara terus menerus.
2. Saya Mengusulkan SK dari Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Lampung Tengah Sebagai Guru Honor untuk mendapatkan Tunjangan profesi guru atau tunjangan bagi Tenaga kependidikan lainnya atas kebijakan yang ada dari pemerintah.
3. Saya tidak akan menuntut secara hokum maupun dengan cara apapun untuk menjadi CPNS/PNS kepada Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Lampung Tengahdengan adanya SK dari Kepala Dinas Tentang Guru Honorer/TenagaKependidikan Honorer.
4. Saya akan melaksanakan tugas sesuai peraturan/ketentuan/tata tertib yang diberlakukan oleh sekolah sebagai Guru Honorer/tenagakependidikan honorer.
